Curried Flavor Celeriac and Parsnip Soup

So this was my new food last week... 🍈Celeriac 🍈 Last week's challenge got a lot of people thinking about trying new/old foods which was great 😁 🍌🥦 Promoting variety in your diet 🍑🍇 I used my celeriac to make a Curried Flavor Celeriac and Parsnip Soup 🍵 and it was approved by all my tasters 😋

Serves 6 Ingredients . . Medium Celeriac (pealed and chopped) . 2 Parsnips (pealed and chopped) . 1/2 Onion (diced) . Clove of Garlic (diced/crushed) . 1.2 Litre of Chicken Stock . Tsp Paprika, Garma Masala, Tumeric.

Method

. Heat the onion and garlic in a pot for approx 1min . Add the vegetables, spices and stock and cook for approx 25 mins or until the vegetables are cooked through . Let cool and blitz with a hand blender . Serve with Greek yogurt and homemade bread, enjoy!
