Chickpea Curry

Is ⏰ an issue when it comes to cooking? Well it doesn't have to be.
This chickpea curry is so easy, so simple and so delicious 😋 .
Empty the veggie section of your fridge, add some spices and tomatoes and throw in the chickpeas, voila 👌🏼
There is a little special 🙊 ingredient in this recipe 🥜 Serves 2
Ingredients
. 1 Tin chickpeas
. 1 Tin chopped tomatoes
. 1 Small sweet potato pealed and chopped into small pieces
. 3 Small sweet peppers chopped . 70g (half the packet) Sugar snap peas
. 1/4 Courgette chopped . 1/2 Tsp tumeric
. Tsp Garma masala . Tbsp Paprika
. Tbsp Peanut butter 🌟special ingredient

Method 1. Add boiling water to a pan and power boiled the potatoes for approx 10mins. 2. Heat oil on another pan and add the chopped veggies and cook for approx 5mins. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and spices and mix well. 4. Remove from heat and drain the potatoes. 5. Add the potatoes, chickpeas and peanut butter and mix well. Cook for remaining 5mins. 6. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
