Tip 1:
Whenever I feel a slight cold coming on I instantly make a hot water with fresh ginger, lemon and honey; and usually take a few cups of this for a few days.
The lemon contains antioxidants and vitamin C
The Honey can sooth sore throats
The Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties
This drink combination has not been proven to prevent or cure a cold but when I feel a cold coming on it seems to do the trick for me and I’m feeling 100% again.
