Recovery Smoothie

Level: Easy Serves: 1-2 Time: 2-5mins

Ingredients

- Handful Spinach (washed)

- ½ Avocado

- 1 Large Orange (pealed)

- 1 Frozen Banana (pealed)

- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed

- 1 Tbsp Mixed Sunflower Seeds

- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds (To decorate)

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixer/blender and add approx. 200ml of water.

2. Blend until smooth

3. Decorate and enjoy!
