Don’t Be Chia
This Chia berry tumbler is a great snack or a small breakfast and contains 2/5 a day (weheyyyy).
Chia seeds;
- Source of fibre which is important for a healthy digestive system (recommended daily intake of 30g).
- Source of omega-3 in the plant form and contribute to a healthy heart and brain.
- Source of plant protein (that plant based lyf)
- Source of calcium and magnesium (lots of minerals)
- Digested slowly in the body so provides a slow release of energy to keep blood sugar levels stable.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
- 4 Large (8 small) Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Tbsp Mixed Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Goji Berries
- 2 Tbsp Granola (your choice of flavour)
Method
1. Mix the chia seeds and the yogurt together and place in the bottom of a glass.
2. Add ½ of the granola, mixed seeds and goji berries to the glass.
3. Blend the frozen banana and strawberries together with 1 tbsp of water and add the mixture to the glass.
4. Add the remaining seeds, granola and goji berries to decorate the top.
5. Serve and enjoy!
