Snack Attack Alert!
I love to have nice snacks to get me though the day! And these Goji Balls are going to get me though this week.
The dates in these balls are sweet and can satisfy a sweet craving.
The Goji berries contain vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin A and iron.
The flaxseed is full of fibre.
These Goji Balls are a small bite size snack to get you by until your next meal.
Serves: 12 Level: Easy Time: 15mins
Ingredients
- 180g Medjool Dates
- 90g Goji Berries
- 30g Ground Almonds
- 30g Flaxseed
- 50g Dark Chocolate
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence
Method
1. Remove the stone from the dates and add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Roll a tsp of the mixture in 12 small balls.
3. Serve and enjoy!
*Remember: Eating a variety of foods is key! Over eating of one particular food could be an unhealthy choice.
