Energy Packed Smoothie Bowel

Serves: 1 Time: 5mins Level: Easy
Ingredients
· 1 Frozen Banana
· 1 Handful of Blueberries
· 60-80ml of Alpro Almond Milk
· ½ Tsp of Spirulina Powder
· 1 Tsp of Hemp Protein Powder
· 1 Kiwi
· 1 Tbsp Quinoa Crunch
· 1 Tsp of Chai Seeds
· 1 Tbsp Plain Alpro Yoghurt
Method
1. Blitz the Banana, ½ the blueberries, milk and powders until a smooth paste.
2. Place in a bowel and decorate with the remaining ingredients.
3. Serve and enjoy.
