Raspberry & Apple Chia Seed Jam

Time: 5mins Serves: 200ml Level: Easy
Ingredients
1 Cup of Raspberries
1 Small Apple
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Warm Water
Methods
1. Peal the apple and grate into a pot. Add the raspberries, 1 tbsp. of water and simmer for approx. 2 mins or until fruit is slightly stewed.
2. Add the chai seeds, honey and 1 tbsp. of water and mix together, mashing the fruit.
3. Let the jam cool and store in a sealed jar.
*Served with peanut butter and homemade wheaten bread*
*This only makes a small amount because it will not keep as long as normal store bought jam due to the low sugar content*
